Who are we?
Whiplash.co.uk is owned and operated by JMW Solicitors and offers an entirely new approach to the provision of legal services. With the emphasis on quality and efficiency we train our people to understand the client's needs and also how best to achieve client expectation.
We have structured our service to reflect the needs of everyday people. We want our customers to experience a friendly service and accurate information that is easy to understand, quick to access and works effectively.
Why are we here?
Our main aim is to make sure that people who have suffered from a whiplash injury know their rights and have the ability to access the information they need, fast. We want to provide our customers with professional legal advice so that they can move forward and know where they stand without having to waste time and money.
Too many people suffer injuries that have resulted from accidents that were not their fault. They put up with pain, discomfort and sometimes life changing disability because they have no idea what they are owed or what steps to take; we want to change this.
We understand how difficult and time consuming research can be, especially when it comes to finding accurate, impartial and relevant advice. Added to this, your needs are probably different to the next person's which makes the process of finding exact information difficult.
Knowing which path to take and who to trust can be hard work so we've simplified the whole selection process for you. We have made it so fabulously easy that, from now on, our consumers barely have to lift a finger!
What do we do?
We recognise that when you instruct a solicitor you are making a very important decision. You need to be assured that the firm you instruct can not only do the job, but can do it efficiently, keeping you informed and giving you the best advice available.
So we decided to invent a system which guarantees that our customers have straightforward access to the exact information they need. Our site allows visitors to ask a question, via a portal on the homepage and get a response from a firm of real solicitors within 10 minutes, for free, without obligation. We've also made sure that all of our solicitors offer customers a free 15 minute consultation over the phone, or if you are nearby you could visit them yourself. Again, there is absolutely no obligation to actually use them.
Our solicitors are experienced and are ready and waiting to give you the professional advice and guidance that you need.
* Our office hours are 8am to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 6pm on Friday. At the weekend
